With over 20 years of hands-on experience, our story begins in 2004 when father and son duo, Michael Munroe and Michael Munroe Jr., started working together in the appliance repair industry. In 2008, they launched their own business—MJM Appliance Repair—and proudly served the community under that name for over a decade.

In 2019, after Michael Sr. retired, Michael Jr. continued the family tradition by opening Mike’s Affordable Appliance Repair. Though the business was forced to close during the COVID-19 pandemic, the commitment to honest, high-quality service never disappeared. Today, they’re back as Busy Tech Appliance Repair, ready to serve Melvindale and the entire Metro Detroit area with the same integrity, skill, and heart that has defined their work from the beginning.
